Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thinly slice the salmon fillet into ¼ inch slices, skin side down.
Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 2 ½ to 3 hours until the salmon slices are crispy and dry.
