Peel and dice the sweet potato into small chunks (similar in size to the beef).
Peel and dice the carrot.
Chop the broccoli into pieces, including the stem.
Heat the coconut oil in a medium saucepan on a medium heat.
Add the beef chunks and lightly saute for 5 minutes until there is no pink.
Add in the diced vegetables and water and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetable are cooked through.
Allow to cool before serving.
