Peel and cube the sweet potato. Boil or steam until tender. Drain the water and set aside.
Place the salmon and white fish on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200C/400F degrees until cooked through.
Remove any bones from the fish.
Place the fish and sweet potato in a large mixing bowl and mash to combine.
You are ready to serve.
