Sardine Cat Treats

Easy homemade cat treats with sardine and touch of cat nip make a tasty treat for your cats. They are gluten free too.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 7 oz sardines canned
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¾ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cat nip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the sardines with a fork.
  • Add the egg, catnip and coconut flour and mix into a dough.
  • Using a small spoon (we used our ¼ measuring teaspoon) scoop a small ball of the dough and place then on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until firm and golden.

Notes

The servings will depend upon the size made.  Our servings are 3 treats each.
