Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Remove from the processor and firm into a dough. You may need to add more coconut flour.
Roll out in between two layers of parchment paper to about 1 cm thick.
Using a cookie cutter cut out the cookies.
Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden, flipping over half-way through baking.
Allow to cool before giving out a treat!
