  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup water


  • Peel and core the apples. Chop into pieces.
  • Place the apples in a medium saucepan and add the water.
  • Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes until soft.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Pour into a sealable jar and store in the fridge


Makes 2 cups which make about 10 servings.
