Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz salmon canned
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees
  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Do not drain the juice from the salmon and use that too.
  • Process until you have a pliable dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky to handle.
  • Roll the dough out between two layers of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Cut shapes out and place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden, turning the shapes over after 20 minutes for an even bake.
  • Allow to cool before use.
