Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Do not drain the juice from the salmon and use that too.
Process until you have a pliable dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky to handle.
Roll the dough out between two layers of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick.
Cut shapes out and place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden, turning the shapes over after 20 minutes for an even bake.
Allow to cool before use.
