Ingredients
 
 

  • 20 oz pumpkin ripe
  • 3 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin.
  • Cut into chunks and place in a medium saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil, then cover and reduce the heat to simmer. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
  • Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Process the pumpkin in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a jar or container and store in the fridge.
