Place the canned salmon with the tinned liquid into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Add the egg and flour and process until you have a dough.
Remove the dough and roll out in between two layers of parchment paper. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle rice flour over the parchment paper and rolling pin.
Roll out to about ¼ inch thick and cut shapes with your cookie cutter or manually cut small squares out.
Place the cut treats onto the baking tin and bake for 20 minutes, turning over half way through for even cooking.
Remove and cool.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
