Pumpkin Banana Dog Treats

Baked pumpkin and banana dog treats are made with coconut flour and flaxseed meal for a healthy gluten free snack.

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees
  • Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl mash the bananas.
  • Add the pumpkin puree and stir.
  • Add the flaxseed meal and coconut flour and mix to make a dough. Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky.
  • Roll the dough out in between two layers of parchment paper.
  • Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. The time of baking will depend upon the size of treats cut out.
  • Allow to cool before the treats are given out.

Notes

Makes over 100 treats.  The serving is for 4 treats.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.  Should last for a week.
