Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the sardines with a fork.
Add the egg, catnip and coconut flour and mix into a dough.
Using a small spoon (we used our ¼ measuring teaspoon) scoop a small ball of the dough and place then on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes until firm and golden.
