Beef Zucchini Meatballs for Dogs
Ground beef meatballs mixed with zucchini, cheese and rice make an easy treat or dinner for your dog.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean beef
- 1 cup zucchini grated
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup cooked brown rice
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Using either a cookie scooper or damp hands form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before your dogs can enjoy them.
Notes
Makes about 24 medium sized meatballs
