Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients thoroughly into a dough. If the dough feels too sticky, add more coconut flour.
Roll out the dough in between two layers of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick. The thinner the dough, the crunchier the biscuit.
Either use a cookie cutter or cut out the treat shapes with a knife.
Place the treats onto the baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes until firm. Turn over after 10 minutes.
