Air Fried Salmon Skin Dog Treats

Crispy salmon skin dog treats are made in the air fryer for a healthier dog snack that is quicker than baking too.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon skins from 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 200C/400F degrees.
  • Slice the salmon skin into pieces or strips with a sharp knife and toss in the coconut oil.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil (you don't want the skin sticking).
  • Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F degrees for 10 minutes, turning over half way through cooking.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serving size will vary depending on the size of the salmon skin pieces. For this recipe we have assume a serving to be 2 pieces.
