Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into small chunks.
- Freeze the slices in a zip lock bag or on a parchment-lined tray for 2–3 hours or until solid.
- Blend the frozen banana chunks in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. It may need a frequent stir to ensure the frozen bananas blend.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for another 30–60 minutes for a firmer scoop.
