Treat your dog to these delicious and nutritious Beef Pumpkin Meatballs! Packed with protein-rich ground beef, fiber-filled pumpkin and wholesome spinach and oats, these meatballs are as healthy as they are tasty.
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, pumpkin purée, egg, parsley, chopped spinach, and oats. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1–1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and firm to the touch.
Allow the meatballs to cool completely before serving them to your dog. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
