- 1 cup cottage cheese plain, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese and blueberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into an air tight container. Or into ice cube trays or silicone molds. You can also use small cups or paper cups if you prefer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
