Chicken and Carrot Dog Treats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup oat flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the cooked chicken, grated carrot and egg to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Spoon in the oat flour and mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more oat flour.
  • Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll into bite-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Allow to cool before giving as a treat.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
