A soft, flavourful loaf made with ground chicken, fresh veggies, and a touch of blueberries. Easy to bake and perfect as a meal or treat your dog will love!
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf tin (8 x 4 inch (20 x 10 cm) ) with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, egg, chopped green beans, grated zucchini, chopped red pepper, ground flaxseed, and finely chopped blueberries.
Mix thoroughly using a spoon or your hands until everything is evenly incorporated.
Transfer to the loaf tin and press the mixture down firmly so it bakes evenly.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked through and the top feels firm.
Cool completely before slicing. Cooling helps the loaf firm up and makes it easier to cut into portions.
Serve in appropriate portions and store the rest in the fridge or freezer.
