  • Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chopped papaya, egg, and oat flour until fully combined. The mixture will be soft but workable.
  • Scoop out small portions and form into strips about ½ inch thick. Place them evenly spaced on your baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bites are cooked through and lightly golden. You can flip them halfway for even cooking.
  • Let the treats cool completely before serving.
