Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 oz cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach, frozen and defrosted
  • 1 1/2 cups ground flaxseed golden
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined. If the mixture is too wet, add more ground flaxseed.
  • This mixture is too sticky to roll, so we spoon the mixture into cookie cutters for an even shape. Place the circles onto the parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turning over half way through until the treats are golden.
  • Allow to cool and then serve as a treat or training treat.
