Ingredients
 
 

Cookie Dough

Cookie Icing

  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder `blue or green
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until you have a dough.
  • Roll out the dough mixture in between two layers of parchment paper and use a cookie cutter to make the cookie shapes.
  • Place the cut cookie shapes on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cookies are firm.
  • Allow to cool thoroughly on a cooling rack until ready to ice (optional)

Make the Cookie Icing

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the spirulina power and the Greek yogurt power. Mix until you have an even color.
  • Either pipe or spread the cookie icing over the cookies
  • You are ready to give out treats!
