Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb lean ground pork
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped green beans
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric with a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
  • Stir in the cauliflower rice, broccoli, carrots, and green beans. Cook for 5–7 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Push ingredients to one side of the pan and crack in the eggs. Scramble until fully cooked, then mix into the pork and vegetables.
  • Add parsley, turmeric, black pepper, and ginger. Stir well to combine.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving to your dog.
