Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup watermelon chunks (seeds and rind removed)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup decaffeinated green tea

Instructions
 

  • Brew decaffeinated green tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the diced watermelon and cooled green tea. Blend until smooth.
  • Place blueberries in the silicone molds and pour the watermelon mixture over them.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve as a refreshing treat on hot days!
