Instructions
 

  • Mash the blueberries in a bowl.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and mix the blueberries together.
  • Spoon the mixture into the silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  • Place the molds in the freezer on a flat surface and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from the molds and store in a ziplock bag.
