  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or skillet on a medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey, chicken liver and chicken gizzards. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the vegetables, blueberries, parsley, apple, chia seeds, ground flaxseed and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
