  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 1lb loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, flaxseed, eggs, coconut flour, cottage cheese, parsley and grated zucchini. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan. Press it down firmly and smooth out the top.
  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing into portions.
  • Slice into dog-appropriate portions and serve plain as a meal or snack.
