  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, brown rice flour, ground flaxseed and egg.
  • Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour; if it’s too dry, add a splash of water.
  • Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut into strips or desired shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • Place treats on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
