Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F degrees. Line an 8 inch cake or baking tin with parchment paper.
Place the liver and eggs in a blender. Blitz until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the blended liver mixture into a large mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour until you have a smooth mixture.
Spoon or pour the mixture into the lined cake tin and bake for 35 minutes until firm.
Set aside to cool before cutting the liver cake into bite-able pieces.
