Ingredients
- 1 pound minced lamb
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. We used gloved hands to form the mixture together.
- Using a cookie scoop, form balls from the lamb meat mixture and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Allow to cool before giving a treat.
Notes
This recipe made 24 small meatballs using a small cookie scoop. Cooking times will vary with larger sizes.
