Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.
In a medium mixing bowl, add all of the pupcake ingredients and mix until combined. If the batter is too stiff, add more club soda.
Spoon the batter mixture into the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes until the cupcakes are firm.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Make the Frosting
In a small bowl, beat the yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Pipe or smooth over the top of the pupcakes.
Serve and await a wagging tail!
