This homemade doggie dinner combines ground pork, liver and sardines with low carb vegetables and superfoods like ginger and turmeric for a grain free dinner you dog will enjoy.
In a pan, heat a small amount of coconut oil over medium heat.
Add the ground pork to the pan. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Add the liver and cook through.
Add the sardines (drained if using canned) to the pan and mix well.
Stir in the ground flaxseed, ginger, and turmeric, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Add the broccoli and zucchini to the pan, cooking until they are slightly softened but still retain some crunch.
Stir in the butternut squash purée and let the mixture cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Let the meal cool to a safe temperature before serving it to your dog.
