  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, egg, and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Add the rice flour gradually, stirring until a dough begins to form.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thick. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
  • Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
