Using a hand blender, blend the strawberries with a teaspoon of water until smooth.
Slice the red bell pepper into sticks that will fit your popsicle container.
Spoon the strawberry mixture into the bottom of the popsicle container and place the red pepper sticks in the middle. (They can be wiggled and moved at the next freezing stage if you can't get them to stand up straight)
Place the container into the freezer and freeze until firm for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the blue spirulina with 1/3 cup of the yogurt and place in the fridge until needed.
Remove the popsicle container from the freezer and spoon the remaining yogurt into the container, ensuring that the red pepper stick is upright. Press down gently to ensure even distribution.
Return to the freezer and freeze for a further 30 minutes.
Remove the container from the freezer and spoon the blue spirulina mixture on top of the white yogurt layer. Press down evenly and return to the freezer.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes until the whole popsicle is firm.
To serve, gently run the popsicle container under warm water to remove the popsicle.
