Ingredients
 
 

  • 12 oz fresh salmon, cut into chunks
  • 8 oz pumpkin, cut into chunks
  • 4 oz green beans, chopped
  • 4 oz defrosted spinach
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 oz water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker or pot.
  • Cook on low for 2–3 hours (slow cooker) or simmer for 30–40 minutes (stovetop), stirring occasionally.
  • Cool, portion, and refrigerate or freeze.
