This easy sardine ice cream for dogs is a savory frozen treat made with sardines and creamy Greek yogurt. Packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids, it's a delicious homemade dog treat for fish-loving pups.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4.23 oz canned sardines in spring water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain

Instructions
 

  • Drain the sardines but keep a few tablespoons of water aside, in case you need it for the recipe.
  • Add the sardines, Greek yogurt, and sardine water (if using) to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon or pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  • Remove a frozen treat from the mold and serve to your dog as an occasional snack.
