Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground beef, lean
  • 1 oz beef liver chopped
  • 1 head bok choy
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets chopped into small pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Wash the bok choy thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides. Chop it into small, manageable pieces to prevent choking hazards, especially for smaller dogs.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a wok or large skill on a medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and beef liver to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking the ground beef it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Add the ginger, broccoli florets and chopped bok choy to the skillet. If needed, you can add a splash of water to help steam the bok choy.
  • Stir-fry the bok choy mixture for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bok choy is tender and the beef is cooked through.
  • Add the egg to the mixture and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring through the beef mixture.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool before serving it to your dog.
