  • Peel the ripe banana and hull the strawberries (remove the green tops).
  • Mash the strawberries, then add in the banana and continue to mash.
  • Stir in the Kefir yogurt and mix well.
  • OR Add the banana, strawberries, and kefir to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container or an ice cube tray for easy portioning.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
  • Serve as a refreshing treat.
