Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and lightly grease and line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper. Or use a fun novelty dog bone tin as we did!
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly to incorporate well.
Spoon the meatloaf mixture into the tin and spread evenly and firmly.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top of the meatloaf is firm.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving
