Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended and work into a dough.
Roll out the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper to about 6 mm (¼ inch) thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes, or simply cut into small squares.
Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden and firm.
Let the treats cool completely on a wire-rack before giving them to your dog.
