Instructions
 

  • Add the applesauce, strawberries and cottage cheese to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon or pour into silicone molds, ice cube trays or a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  • Serve straight from the freezer or leave at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Notes

This recipe makes 3 cups, which we have put as 12 servings, with a serving being 1/4 cup.
