  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the beet puree, eggs, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the coconut flour, stirring well. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky. If it is too dry, add water or another egg to bind the dough. If it is too sticky, add more coconut flour.
  • Let the dough sit for about 5 minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb moisture.
  • Roll out the dough in between two layers of parchment paper to about ¼-inch thickness
  • Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until firm and slightly golden on the edges.
  • Let the treats cool completely before serving to your pup.

Notes

Makes 16 treats
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
