Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped finally
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 large egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked, chopped broccoli, grated cheddar cheese, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the coconut flour gradually, mixing until a thick dough forms. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes—coconut flour absorbs moisture and will thicken as it rests.
  • Roll out the dough between two layers of parchment paper and cut out using cookie or decorative shapes.
  • Place the cut out shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
  • Cool completely before serving to your pup.
