  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated cheddar, brown rice flour and egg. Stir well until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it comes together.
  • Roll out the beef dough in between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
  • Place the rolled out beef dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the treats are golden brown and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the baked mixture into small squares.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Makes about 24 treats.
Instead of baking the rolled mixture then cutting into shapes, use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or simply roll the dough into small bite-sized balls.
