  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the chicken livers to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend into a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more oat flour until it’s workable.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch (6 mm) thickness. Use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or cut into squares with a knife.
  • Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Makes about 30 biscuits. 
Other dog friendly flour can be substituted.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
If the dough is sticky, roll in between two layers of parchment paper.
