Rinse and trim chicken livers. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool slightly and set some of the water aside.
Blend livers, sweet potatoes, rosemary, and parsley in a food processor until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt if desired for extra creaminess, and blend again. Adjust consistency with a splash of the water from cooking the chicken livers if needed.
Let pâté cool completely before serving.
Serve as a treat, food topper, or in enrichment toys.
