A simple, protein-rich homemade cat treat made with sardines, lean chicken, and egg. These easy baked bites are naturally flavourful, highly nutritious, and perfect for rewarding your cat with a wholesome snack they’ll love.
Drain the canned sardines in water, add to a bowl with the cooked chicken and egg.
Mash well until smooth. For a smoother mixture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.
Spread the mixture out into a silicone treat mold OR scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into tiny balls or flatten them slightly into bite-sized pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes until firm. For a crunchier treat, leave the treats in the switched-off oven for 15–20 minutes after baking.
Let the treats cool completely before serving to your cat.
