These easy homemade cod cat treats are made with just two simple ingredients—cod and egg. Gently cooked and baked until set, they create soft, protein-rich bites your cat will love
Cook the cod by steaming or baking it until fully cooked and flaky. Allow it to cool slightly.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone treat mold.
Add the cod with an egg into a container or bowl. Using a hand held blender, blend until the mixture is smooth. You could use a food processor or blender for this too.
Spread the mixture into the silicone mold evenly OR scoop small portions onto the prepared baking tray, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the treats are set and lightly golden.
