  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form a dough. If it is too dry, add water, too wet, more flour.
  • Roll out between two layers of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters, or simply shape the dough into small balls or patties for a quick option.
  • Place the shapes onto a the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until firm and golden.
  • Allow to cool before giving as a treat.

Notes

Makes 20 medium sized treats.
If using dried cranberries, soak them in warm water for 5-10 minutes before adding them to the mix to prevent dryness.
