Notes

Makes 18 cookies.
For Coconut Flour Cookies - substitute the oat flour with 1/3 cup of coconut flour. This dough will make 12 cookies.
Decoration - Any dog friendly "icing" such as Greek yogurt can be used to cover the cookies. Use natural coloring. This will make the cookies softer when stored.
